Meeting up with a blogger friend

I love meeting up with blogger friends. It's always nice to put a face to the people you've read about for years.

I was so forunate to not only meet Megan once, but twice. :)

In 2009, we traveled to Michigan for an embryo transfer. Megan and her family traveled 3 hours to meet us. It was so wonderful to finally meet them. We had been talking through the internet for a few years by then. She had a son who was just a few months old.

This summer I was so excited when she told me they were going to be in our neck of the woods for a week! We'd be able to see each other again! So much had happened since we saw each other. We had our Hannah and she had her little girl. They are only a few months apart.

We stayed at a hotel near their farmhouse they rented for a night so we could spend a couple days with them.

While we were waiting for Megan and her family, we had some time to kill so we went to a nearby park. Hannah wanted Daddy to swing with her. :)

I loved seeing Megan and her family so much. I miss them terribly. I really wished they lived closer. I'm so glad we were able to see each other again.
